By accessing Mortivo you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. The service

Mortivo is an AI-powered discovery platform helping UK mortgage brokers find suitable lenders, BDMs and lending criteria. Match results are guidance only and do not constitute a lending decision or financial advice.

2. Accounts

Lender and BDM accounts must represent a real, regulated entity. Profiles are reviewed by Mortivo administrators before being published to brokers.

3. Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful content, scrape the platform, or use it to spam brokers or lenders.

4. Content responsibility

Lenders are responsible for the accuracy of the criteria and products they publish. Brokers must verify lender criteria before submitting a client's application.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mortivo is not liable for lending decisions made by lenders or advice given by brokers based on information found on the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
